A software tool, not advice

IntelliWealthPro is back-office and client software for mutual fund distributors. Nothing in the software, on this website, in the blog, in the calculators or in answers from Ivy (the AI assistant) is investment, tax, legal or financial advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any scheme or security.

Who we are, and who we are not

IntelliWealthPro is built and operated by Devstree (Devstree IT Services Private Limited). Neither IntelliWealthPro nor Devstree IT Services Private Limited is registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst, and neither is an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor. We do not sell, distribute or recommend mutual fund schemes, and we do not accept or place investment orders.

The firms that use IntelliWealthPro are mutual fund distributors. A distributor is not an investment adviser. Any suggestion a distributor makes to a client is the distributor's own, made under the rules that apply to distributors, and not ours.

Figures are estimates

Portfolio values, gains, XIRR and other returns, capital gains, tax figures, SIP schedules and calculator results in IntelliWealthPro are calculated from the data available to the software. They are estimates and can differ from official figures — for example because of late or missing registrar data, corporate actions, stamp duty and exit loads, rounding, or a different calculation method.

• Before relying on any figure, check it against the official account statement from the fund house or registrar, or your Consolidated Account Statement.
• For tax returns and capital gains, consult a qualified tax professional. Tax rules change and depend on your circumstances.
• Calculators use the assumptions you enter. Their results are illustrations, not projections of what any scheme will return.

Where the data comes from

IntelliWealthPro builds its figures from data supplied by others, including:

• CAMS and KFintech, the registrars that service mutual funds, through files sent to the distributor;
• Consolidated Account Statements (CAS) uploaded by the distributor or the investor;
• AMFI and the registrars, for scheme details and daily net asset values (NAV);
• public market data providers, for index levels shown on some screens.

We do not control these sources. Their data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and figures built from it will be too. A NAV or a transaction can take one or more working days to appear.

AI-generated answers

Ivy, the AI assistant, writes answers with a language model. They can be incomplete or wrong. Treat them as a starting point and check them against the reports in IntelliWealthPro before sharing them with a client or acting on them.
